SAP S/4HANA — Enterprise-Wide Business Transformation
SAP S/4HANA is SAP’s enterprise suite, built for organisations that need standardised processes, real-time information and scalable operations across multiple entities and locations. Moving to it is a business transformation programme rather than a software upgrade, which is why we start with your processes before touching the system.
- Enterprise-wide transformation, not a departmental upgrade
- Standardised processes across entities, currencies and geographies
- Real-time information in place of overnight batch reporting
Capabilities That Justify the Programme
Enterprise-Wide Processes
One process model across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and sales, applied consistently across entities.
Real-Time Information
Transactional and analytical data in one place, so reporting reflects the current state rather than last night’s extract.
Standardisation at Scale
Common master data, controls and approval structures across companies, currencies and geographies.
Scalable Operations
Capacity to absorb new entities, plants, product lines or markets without re-architecting the system.
Embedded Analytics
Operational reporting inside the transaction rather than in a separate warehouse built weeks later.
Integration Backbone
A central platform other systems connect into, rather than another silo alongside them.
Planning a Move to SAP S/4HANA?
A Structured Route to S/4HANA
Process First
We map and re-engineer the processes before configuring the system, so you standardise on a design you have chosen rather than one you inherited.
Fit-Gap Assessment
Requirements mapped against standard S/4HANA functionality, with every gap, workaround and extension made explicit and costed.
Migration Strategy
A reasoned position on greenfield, brownfield or selective transition, based on your data, customisations and appetite for disruption.
Data Migration
Master and transaction data migrated with cleansing and validation, because a transformation carrying bad data forward is not a transformation.
Phased Cutover
Sequenced rollout with cutover planning, so risk is contained to one entity or process area at a time.
Post-Go-Live Support
Hypercare, optimisation and ongoing support once the programme lands, not a hand-off at go-live.
Industries We Serve

A Trusted Partner for
Enterprise Transformation
S/4HANA programmes fail on process and data far more often than on technology. We lead with both, and we will tell you plainly if your processes need work before the platform decision is made.
- Business process re-engineering capability, not configuration alone
- Fit-gap and migration-strategy work before implementation begins
- Data migration with cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Experience across the wider SAP estate, including Business One
- Support and AMC once the programme is live
Frequently Asked Questions About SAP S/4HANA
Get clear answers to common concerns about SAP implementation, cost, complexity,
and how it delivers measurable business value.
-
Should we be on S/4HANA or SAP Business One?S/4HANA is built for enterprise-wide operations across multiple entities, currencies and geographies. Business One targets growing and mid-sized companies. Volume, process complexity, entity structure and growth plans decide it, and our ERP Consulting engagement exists to answer this before you commit.
-
Greenfield, brownfield or selective transition?Greenfield rebuilds the process design from scratch; brownfield converts your existing system; selective transition moves parts at a time. The right answer depends on how heavily customised your current landscape is, the state of your data, and how much disruption the business can absorb. We assess and recommend rather than defaulting to one.
-
How long does an S/4HANA programme take?Longer than a mid-market ERP rollout, and it varies widely with entity count, process scope and data quality. Anyone quoting a timeline before assessing those is guessing. We scope it after the fit-gap work.
-
What happens to our existing customisations? They are inventoried during fit-gap and assessed individually. Some map to standard functionality in S/4HANA, some need rebuilding as extensions, and some exist only because an old process required them and can be retired.
-
Do we need to fix our processes first?Often, yes. Carrying inefficient processes into a standardised enterprise platform wastes most of the benefit. If the assessment shows this, we will say so and point you at our Business Process Re-engineering service before the implementation starts.
