Connect Your Systems Into One Ecosystem
Most businesses do not run on one system. Orders arrive from an e-commerce platform, customers live in a CRM, payments reconcile through a bank, and stock moves through a warehouse application. Integration is what stops those becoming four versions of the truth. We connect ERP to the platforms around it so data flows once, in the right direction, with failures visible rather than silent.
Why Choose Jishnu Infotech
- API and third-party integrations between ERP and the systems around it
- E-commerce, CRM, banking, logistics and payroll connections
- Data mapping and transformation so both systems agree on what a record means
- Error handling, logging and reconciliation rather than silent failures
Integrations We Build Most Often
E-commerce Integration
Orders, customers, pricing and stock levels synchronised between your storefront and ERP, so the website sells what the warehouse actually holds.
CRM Integration
Accounts, contacts, opportunities and order history shared between CRM and ERP, so sales and finance work from the same customer record.
Banking & Payments
Statement import, payment files and reconciliation, reducing the manual keying that makes month-end slow.
Logistics & Warehouse
Despatch, tracking and goods-receipt data exchanged with carriers and warehouse systems.
Payroll & HR
Employee, cost-centre and payroll journal data posted into finance without re-entry.
Custom APIs
Where no connector exists, we build and document the interface, including authentication, retry behaviour and error reporting.
Systems That Do Not Talk to Each Other?
Why Integration Is Worth Doing Properly
Data Entered Once
The same record stops being keyed into two systems, which removes both the effort and the discrepancies it creates.
One Version of the Truth
Systems agree on stock, pricing and customer records, so teams stop arguing about whose report is right.
Faster Order to Cash
Orders flow from the channel into ERP and on to despatch and invoicing without manual handoffs in between.
Failures You Can See
Logging, alerting and reconciliation mean a failed message surfaces immediately rather than at month-end.
Documented Interfaces
Each integration is documented, so the next person to touch it is not reverse-engineering your business.
Built to Survive Upgrades
Standard APIs and supported extension points wherever possible, so integrations do not break at the next version.
Industries We Serve

A Trusted Partner for
System Integration
We integrate the systems we also implement and support, so the interface is designed with knowledge of what happens on both sides of it.
- Integration built by the same team that implements and supports the ERP
- Data mapping agreed with the business, not assumed from field names
- Error handling, retries and reconciliation designed in from the start
- Every interface documented and handed over
Frequently Asked Questions About Integration
Collaboratively supply bricks-and-clicks metrics for maintainable users
reinvent unique value for just in time consult.
-
Can you integrate with a system you have not worked with before?Usually, yes. What matters is whether the other system exposes an API, a file interface or a database we can work with. If it offers none of those, we will tell you that up front rather than building something fragile around a screen-scrape.
-
Is integration real-time or scheduled? Both, depending on what the process needs. Stock levels and order status usually warrant near real-time; payroll journals and month-end postings are often better batched. We decide per interface rather than applying one pattern everywhere.
-
What happens when an integration fails?Every interface we build logs what it did, retries where retrying is safe, and raises an alert when it cannot proceed. Reconciliation reports let you confirm both sides agree. Silent failure is the thing we design against.
-
Will integrations break when the ERP is upgraded? We use standard APIs and supported extension points wherever they exist, which is what keeps interfaces working across versions. Where a non-standard approach is unavoidable, we document it and flag it as something to retest at upgrade time.
-
Do you support integrations after they go live?Yes, under the same Support & AMC arrangements as the rest of the ERP estate.
